(Virtual) Interview Training - Training the Trainer to Bring Out The BEST in Your Team (3-part series) - SESSION 2

May 26, 2020
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Hosted on Zoom. Invites will be sent out the morning of the event to those who register.

Cookie cutter PowerPoint presentations are out. A rehash of your firm’s qualifications is passé and frankly, has bored interview panel members for years. Lively and focused interviews that tell a story, connect with panel members, and connect the approach to the value solutions and to the benefits – all focused on the client – far surpasses the presentation of days gone by. And thank goodness.

This lively and interactive, 3-part online training course will provide attendees with skills and techniques that bring the best out of their technical staff during interviews (both virtually and in-person), conduct focused and strategic interview practice sessions, and tips to get the techy people out of their heads and into the groove of the team.

You must register for each session separately. Please note: once you make your payment via PayPal you must return to the SMPS Sacramento website for registration to be completed.  Click Return to Merchant at the bottom of PayPal payment confirmation. See below for example.

The course’s learning objectives include:

  • Session #1 (Tues, 5/19, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM): Understand the different roles of the presentation leader/trainer
  • Session #2 (Tues, 5/26, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM): Techniques to engage the team members
  • Session #3 (Tues, 6/2, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM): Skills to set expectations, boundaries, and priorities. (Click link to register now!)

Members attend for free (but we encourage you to donate!) Non-members can attend for a $10 donation with 100% of the proceeds benefitting River City Food Bank.
