Instead, let's talk about strategic, measurable, and proven ways to set and achieve your goals in 2021 and beyond! Bring your notepad and get ready to put pen to paper. No matter what your dreams, plans, or goals are centered around, we will walk you through how to set yourself up for success with the concepts of structural tension and habit stacking.

This presentation will help guide you in becoming *crystal clear* on what you want to accomplish and why that goal is important in your life! Is it health, fitness, career, relationships, adventure, finances or all of the above? Well, it is time to dust off those dreams from years ago that have been tucked away in the recesses of your mind. See you on January 13th!


Tara Kinsella is a Certified Health Coach and a Certified Weight Loss Counselor. She has been coaching clients to achieve their optimal health for almost 8 years. Her areas of focus and passion include goal planning, long term behavior change and weight loss strategies.
